Policies and conditions of Selva Negra Turismo

Reservations and Payments

  • Initial Deposit: To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to pay 100% of the total cost of the tour at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations: In case of cancellation:

Travel Insurance

  • It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies and lost luggage.

Limitation of Liability

  • Selva Negra Turismo, is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, delays or itinerary changes caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions or actions of third parties.
  • The agency acts only as an agent for external service providers (lodging, transportation, guides, etc.).

Sustainability and Respect for the Environment

  • Travelers must adhere to ecotourism practices promoting the conservation and protection of the natural and cultural environment of the Black Forest.
  • Participants are expected to respect local customs and traditions.

Health and Safety

  • Travelers should inform themselves about and comply with health and safety recommendations issued by the appropriate authorities.
  • The agency should be notified of any medical condition that may affect participation in the trip.

Documentation

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to have all necessary documentation (passport, visas, vaccinations) in order before starting the tour.

Group Size and Guides

  • The maximum group size will be 20 people to ensure a high quality experience.
  • Guides are selected for their knowledge and experience, and are trained to provide maximum support and safety during the tour.

Modifications by the Agency

  • Selva Negra Turismo reserves the right to modify itineraries or replace services with alternatives of similar quality due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Complaints and Claims

  • Any complaint or claim must be notified to the agency during the trip to provide the opportunity to rectify the situation. Any post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return.
