How to book

1. SEND DATA

You can complete the form on our website or send traveler information to info@selvanegraturismo.com. Required information includes full names, passport number, nationality, date of birth or a copy of the passport. If the traveler is a foreign student, a copy of their undergraduate student ID must also be submitted.

The student card must be made of PVC material and contain information about the university, the student’s personal data, photo, and a valid date no more than one year before the visit and that the student is under 25 years of age.

2. MAKE A PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT

To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to make a payment on account of the tour. Below are details on how to make the deposit:

• For tours or excursions costing less than 150 €, the payment must be 70%.
• For all other tours and treks, the deposit must be 30%.
• The remaining 50% must be paid at Selva Negra Turismo, at least one day before the start of the tour, in cash in euros or dollars (depending on the exchange rate of the day). You can also pay by credit or debit card (these payments have an 8% surcharge for interbank taxes).

PAYMENT METHODS

2.1. Transfers through Western Union:

You can make deposits from any Western Union office in Germany or abroad.

After making the deposit, send us a copy of the receipt or the MTCN code. We will then send you a confirmation of the payment received.

2.2. Payments through PayPal:

This method has an 8% surcharge for interbank taxes. When you send us the travelers’ information, please mention your preference for PayPal, and we will send you a payment request.

2.3. Credit or debit card payments:

This method also has an 8% surcharge. We will send you a link to Visa’s secure payment platform to complete the transaction.

3. TOUR CONFIRMATION

Once we receive the passenger data and the deposit payment, we will send you an email confirming the tour reservation, along with a booking voucher with the details of the trip and the payment made, within a maximum of 12 hours. This is the last step of the booking process. Now you just need to get to Selva Negra and enjoy your tour.
