Selva Negra Turismo Policies and Conditions

To confirm your reservation, 100% payment of the total cost of the tour is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the tour: 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be made.
• Cancellations by the agency: In the event that Selva Negra Turismo must cancel a tour due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.), the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the tour.

It is strongly recommended that all travelers have travel insurance to cover cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies and loss of baggage.

Selva Negra Turismo is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays or changes in the itinerary caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, technical failures or actions of third parties.

The agency acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (accommodation, transport, guides, etc.), in accordance with § 651a of the German Civil Code (BGB) on liability of tour operators.

All travelers must adhere to sustainable tourism standards and respect the flora, fauna and cultural heritage of the Black Forest.

Participants are expected to respect local customs and traditions in accordance with the guidelines of the German Sustainable Tourism Association (forum anders reisen e.V.).

Travelers are responsible for complying with health and safety recommendations issued by the German authorities and the Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus (DZT).

The agency must be notified in advance of any relevant medical conditions that may affect participation in the trip.

• Travelers must be sure to carry a valid ID card or passport to enter Germany.
• A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is recommended for medical assistance in Germany.
• Although not mandatory, it is advisable to take out additional travel insurance to cover medical expenses not covered by the EHIC, cancellations or repatriation.

It is suggested to consult possible updates in entry requirements in official sources before the trip.

The maximum group size will be 20 people to ensure a high quality experience and compliance with local regulations.

Our guides are selected for their knowledge and experience, and are trained to ensure safety and assistance during the tour.

Selva Negra Turismo reserves the right to modify itineraries or replace services with alternatives of similar quality in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (as stipulated in Article 651j BGB).

Any complaints must be notified to the agency during the trip to enable immediate resolution.

If the complaint is not resolved on the spot, the traveler may file a formal written complaint within 14 days after the trip, in accordance with German consumer law (§ 651d BGB).
